​Organizational behavior is defined as the systematic study and application of knowledge about how individuals and groups act within the organizations where they work. The course will cover how emotions contribute to employee motivation, attitudes and decisions; how social networks shape power and communication; and how self-concept influences individual outcomes, team cohesion, leadership and behaviour.
